I agree, virtually every song sounded great. And I'm not really a fan of most of the bands that were featured in this doc.

I liked how it was kind of in two parts; part one all about the studio and the awesome stories that came from it; like Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham met Mick Fleetwood in passing at the studio and ended in the band a year or so later and that launched Fleetwood Mac into superstars.
Also, I like how RATM wanted to record there cuz Nevermind was recorded there; and they made their sessions into a live atmosphere with friends hanging out like it was a concert;
and in part 2, Dave moving the board to his own studio and recording/writing music with Trent, Homme, Paul McCartney!! was really cool;
streaming the album here Sound City Full Album, I like all the songs; The last one, with Trent, Homme and Dave sounds like a long jam session but I love that!
Stevie Nicks song is prob my overall fave on the album though
