I have always felt the same way. Quality of the meat? Great. flavor? Bland. Get a surf and turf.

Rob Ryan frequents my bar. Good guy. Really all round good guy. About the po boy, never been a big roast beef poboy fan. But parkway is bland. When you bite into the crusty bread everything spills out. The only roast beef poboy I could say I ever really liked was:
City Cafe in BR.
Chimes Easy with garlic stuffed beef. Ironically I do love a good corned beef sandwich.
