Hmm, going to be tough. I think your best bet might be go somewhere where you can stream it for free using someones wifi..whether that be your apartment, hotel or a bar.
I suggest and Irish or English Pub...reason being, their native language is English as well so it will be easier to communicate and speak freely about your intentions.
Alot of bars will give you their wifi code if you ask...bring your iPad or phone and stream it from there, but I would make sure you are buying beer/food, etc the whole time.
There is a really cool Irish Pub near the Louvre that I can't recall the name right now....give me a minute and let me search my wifes facebook for some photos

Found it...it was called Pub O'Malley, 6 Bis rue Quatre Septembre
When we arrived I saw a sign that said free wi-fi and the bartender gave me a business card and the code was on the back. One bartender was from England, but he got off about an hour after we arrived. The next one was from Ireland but both were super cool.
They both ended up giving us a few rounds of shots and beers, telling us how Americans tip wayy too much and they spend alot of time arguing about Englad vs Ireland. Prices were really reasonable too.
You can call them before hand and ask if it's okay if you stream and watch the game there and I 'm sure they won't have a problem with it.
ETA....the more I think about it, it's going to be tough to find a spot other than your hotel or apartment. The game is what 7 pm CST and Paris is 7 hours ahead...it won't even start until 2 am....I left the info about O'Malley as an FYI
