I really don't care about Power Rankings, but it's incredible that the media contiues to shite on us because of our defense, yet ignores the fact that the Falcons downgraded their pass rush (with an already shitty D-line), and lost 3 of their 4 top CBs. On top of that, they cut their starting RT, and then lost his replacement to a leg injury.

Preach brother.

ETA: But i'd say 2 of their top 3 CBs. They still have Asante.

Sean Payton to Peter King (who had the Saints at 22 in his preseason poll in 2009) after they won the Super Bowl: "Not bad, for the 22nd ranked team".

I don't see NO at #22 either but just a couple of corrections:
1) We didn't downgrade. It's a wash. We replaced an old guy with an old guy. Don't compare Abe's sacks from last year. He got 4-5 in 1 game and another 2 in another game. He wasn't as good as you guys make him out to be over the course of 16 games and playoffs.
2) We didn't lose 3 of our 4 CBs. Brent Grimes didn't play at all last season and they went 13-3. And if you're calling Dunta Robinson good... kill yourself.

I could go on and make the same counter-points about the saints but not worth it.
