Not sure if this is the problem or not, but I learned the player you picked up, you had to specify that you wanted him on the bench, not a starter or it would not let you pick him up.
On mobile devices it is hard to do, but on a PC you notice the box to put that in.
Like I said, not sure if that is the issue, but something I noticed. Definitely different than CBS.

That's ridiculous.
CE, I dropped Tra Carson to pick up the player I wanted. Can you add him back to my team please.
