Wife oven baked some fried chicken wings from a Pinterest recipe. It was pretty damn good. She also made a macaroni and cheese dish with crumbled up club crackers on top and we had baked beans from the weekend. I did yard work trying to fix my clusterfrick of epic proportions of a front yard after driving a tractor for 5 hours during a monsoon on Saturday. The neighbors really think I've lost my marbles after my fit this evening. The beers are good nonetheless.

My wife started off being able to make chilli cheese dip, nachos, and bake pies and cakes. Now she has been asked to start her own catering business and has several dishes that her version is now the community standard of excellence. She still coooks by reciepe and I cook by taste and smell, but she is a fantastic cook as some OB'rs here can attest to that.
