Definitely West Funroe, Neville and OCS are on the up of things. Franklin Parish, Ruston, Bastrop, and Sterlington are middle of the line programs. Oak Grove, Delhi Charter, and West Ouachita seem to be on the decline the past couple years. As you may have noticed these are all NELA teams.
