I had a 2 acre piece of property and a 3 acre piece of property that I cut with a 48" Exmark. About 3 hours of cutting time.

It's not so much the acreage as it is the terrain. If it is an undeveloped piece of land or a field, a ZTR is going to catch hell cutting it.

If you have bumpy land and thick weeds/grass, get a tractor.
