Buy her a nice rifle with a some weight to it so she enjoys shooting it. The more she shoots it the better she will be with it and have no problems taking deer with it.
My daughter uses a .243 she is 14. And kills deer with it no problem.

7mm-08 money. Bought one for my wife years ago in a mountain rifle, lite and looks great prolly $750 now.
