1. Yes
2. Yes, don't care
3. Yes
4. No, odds say it's unlikely
Not as blinded with Rivers' summer league "progress" as some here are.
From what I've seen, he's still a one-trick-pony project, albeit a currently healthy one:
-Still only drives right.
(and 25% of those predictable drives are still into contact that lands him on the floor, making him an injury waiting to happen)
-Still shoots bricks from 3pt line
(Currently shooting 14%, down from 32% last year, he is about 2-to-3 years away from being simply as competent a 3 pt-shooter as EG (36%), 5 years-to-never from being deadly, like R. Anderson 38%)
-Still has no mid-range game
(Even on-the-bubble Eric Roberts has the game to stop-pop-shoot from 8-to-16 feet away. With Rivers, it's as non-existent as his left-hand layups)
-Still the worst FT shooter on the entire team
(The current Pelican roster shot between 74% to 90% last year. In 3 summer league games, he's up from 54% to 64%, still an unimpressive Shaq-like number from a renown contact lover.)
