I'm not holier than though and understand that fights at bars are somewhat common. However, the video appears to show the guy that he hit was already getting hit and was weeble wobblin around and Hill sucker punched him then celebrated his victorious punch(es).
If it was just a regular fight between consenting adults then I think some people might have a different opinion. The fact that he sucker punched a guy that looked like one of those inflatable clowns makes it worse.

It was a parking lot brawl and those are not regular fights.
None of us know what went on that night but for 15 seconds.
Hill didn't strike the dude in the back of the head as was first claimed but in the face.
Hill was wrong, but lets not act as if he needs some type of serious punishment for throwing a punch the full why of we don't know.
