Mine would be 2007 vs Va Tech. They were highly ranked and it was touted to be a close game because of Va Tech's "great" defense under Beamer. We tore them a new one.

LSU Notre Dame in Tiger Stadium in I think it was 1971 after we lost to them in South Bend the year before. (Tommy Cassinova, Bert Jones, Andy Hamilton et al)

Also a great game. Score was 28-8, but ND only scored in the fourth quarter after a turnover gave them great field position. Andy Hamilton had 3 TD receptions, 2 from Bert Jones. Because his numbers aren't that flashy due to LSU being a very run heavy offense, I think Hamilton is often overlooked as one of the best LSU receivers.

ND had an consensus All American by the name of Clarence Gatewood. Hamilton was matched up against him on one touchdown and beat him off the line on the move the annuncer said something like "all you can say his he faked him out of you know what"
