They spend all their practice time teaching you their system and how they want you to fit in. Of course, if a player is motivated, he could work out on his own but with all that money up front, what do you get? Oh yeah, the Tyrus Thomas syndrome. At least a college coach can keep on their butt and threaten to kick them off the team.
