Did you cook it last night?
When i do weekday roasts in the crockpot, i put it on low when i leave. But i also have juice in there. I use a mixture of condensed cream of mushroom, dry onion soup mix, and beef broth. Sometimes i just use wine and water.
Always comes out great. I would think if you just had it on warm, it won't cook all the way through

yeah used onion soup mix, beer, water and a few types of seasoning thrown in. Turned out damn good. Can't wait to get home. Just didn't want it to dry out or burn up while I was gone all day...
