So I'm in the middle of another double brew day, don't know why I do this to myself, lol, and am going to have to leave before I can boil batch 2. I'll only be gone 2 hours tops, can I just leave the wort in the boil kettle until I get back? I don't really have a lid for my keggles that fits tightly, it just sits on top of the rim and the handle holes are exposed.
