How talented? Could you see him forcing you to tweak your system because of his skills?
If yes, then you pick that guy regardless of fit.
If no, I lean more towards fit. Talent sitting on the bench doesnt help the team and isnt that valuable an asset.
Though it does depend on how great the gap in talent is (e.g. the talent this year from 8-20 seems about the same) and just how poorly the talented guy fits.
Drafting a strict pf makes no sense for the Pels. Drafting a guy you can see playing either sf or c along with pf works for me.
