Aussie 2010 was the time he had an abdominal muscle injury. He could not serve. (if I remember correctly).

Rafa is a big boy. He was signing autographs after the match, and being a class act during his post match interview. I think he has a better perspective on his tennis career than his fans, and his haters. It was not in his best interest to fight on today.

Hopefully he can have a few more years carefully selecting his tournaments. He has won Wimbledon twice already.

I think that is the case with a lot of athletes. Maybe the athletes have some perspective on how blessed they are.

I find Nadal's little ticks kind of annoying, but he has always been a class act.

I believe the torn abdominal was USO 2009. It was whatever year Delpo just absolutely beat the frick out of him. Yeah, definitely USO 2009, because Delpo went on to win it that year.
