If Microsoft bought out Nintendo, then that means Metroid Prime and other games in that series would become COD esque in gameplay and storyline.
I will not allow under any circumstances. tFlagship games of Nintendo are way above Xbox and Sony's flagships.

C'mon dude... you really think one of those companies would be stupid enough to buy Nintendo and make them quit making Nintendo games?
