Jeez, some of you are eat up with the tard.
Just because I say an elite pitching prospect who almost went #1 overall is better than Nola, doesn't mean Nola isn't top 10-15 material in his own right.
But right now, if given the choice, 30 out of 30 MLB teams would draft Gray over Nola. Nola has better command, but his slider and fastball don't have as much movement as Gray's, but not many guys are 6'4 240 and effortlessly throw 96+ with a wicked slider. He is gonna have to command that FB better, especially since he went to Colorado.
In college, however, the battle is closer and is splitting hairs. I would like to point out that Nola got to face a very weak OU lineup and Gray faced some very good hitters in the LSU lineup.
Just because I can admit this doesn't mean I didn't love the win. I'm just telling it like it is and many of you who hear anything less than "LSU GREATEST AT EVERYTHING EVAR!" get your panties in a wad.
Just like the many of you who still firmly believe Bregman is a shortstop at the next level. I'll say it again: anyone who believes Gray<Nola as a MLB prospect and that Bregman is a SS at the next level doesn't know baseball.
If Nola can come out next year and pop it consistently 93-94 and repeat his performance or close to it, then he'll go top 5. But as of now, no.

Did you just say that Gray gets more movement on his fastball than Gray?

Once again you have gone full retard in a baseball thread. If you watched the game last night and came away thinking Gray gets more action on his fastball than Nola you are either blind or just absolutely no idea what you are looking at.
