These guys are from all around and usually 5 man crews. Chances are a couple have worked with each other only once or twice. You always have one guy who thinks he's the show, another trying to be the show, a new guy on his first regional and a guy on his way out. Many or most never played and understand higher level baseball and the dynamics. CPM does not have any say on who he gets.
