Vermillion Bay/Cypremore point

After getting my behind handed to me in bug lake last weekend, I'm thinking of heading down to the Cypremore point this week. Has anyone had any luck in the bay recently?

water is probably really fresh. check the uscg site. if so, i wouldnt try in the bay. maybe only in the back pockets where you might find cleaner, saltier water
