just went to site and priced a loaded S....
$108,000!
So I go to the "saving estimator" and put in 120,000 miles at $3.20/gal and 22 mpg. It saved a WHOPPING $14000.
I'd rather buy a $60,000 high-end sedan that gets 22 mpg and pocket the savings (minus the $14k in gas loss and incentives). It would have to be over $48000 of savings to make up for the purchase price.
They charge extra for color change!?
I will sit this one out until demand brings that cost in half. AM I missing something? I am using a very rough estimates. I guess resale value at the end of 120k miles would be a factor as well.
Any stats on driving 70 mph? Using 55 as a chart is kinda useless since most majors are 70 mph.
Also, city driving averages what?
Just not nearly a go yet in my book.
