I'm all for saving money, and I've used Legalzoom's form for a will.

If you place any value whatsoever on your time, you will come out ahead to use an attorney that specializes in this for families.

I know of one attorney - a very, very good attorney - that does wills for $500.

If you can go see the attorney posted above for $500 do so. I just paid $3500 for an attorney to do mine in texas
