I know I am going to catch some shite for this but here we go.


I used excel to and compared stats and records for 34 teams. Ranked them according to Wins, Losses, Win %, Hits, Batting Avg, ERA, and WHIP.

The team with the lowest average ranking of all these categories was ranked at the top.


I did not pick stats that made LSU come out ahead, these are just two stats from both hitting and pitching that I believe to be the most important.

For Campbell, Cal Poly, and Mercer, I multiplied their overall rank by 1.6 due to the strength of schedule

Cool, i personally feel like obp or ops would have been better stats for hitting purposes, but to each his own, glad someone found a different criteria

that's about how I do my poll, mylsuhat, except I don't do as much data entry as you. sometimes you get some less than ideal rankings but they are what they are.
