Chase's deal has been said to only allow Chase CCs to do it. That is all I have to use so I can't confirm that myself.

The Visa branded ones seem to load easier onto Bluebird than the Mastercard ones. I have only personally done the Chase route since that is free as of now.

The limit on the Chase deal is about $2,600 per card reportedly (every 30 days). I wouldn't over do it though.

As I caution, I only do this to pay bills I normally couldn't (I shouldn't be punished because my landlord doesn't take CCs but some New York City guy's does) and don't go out of my way to do so. Its up to you if you want to do more "nefarious" methods that are easily searched.
