Losing guys like JD, alienating Dierker and just completely disregarding past people affiliated with the organization wasn't a bright idea. I understand the desire to completely clean house, and it was needed to an extent, but you can't pretend like people weren't invested in the organization when you bought it. Fortunately it seems that Crane is finally grasping this.

Maybe so, but from what I'm reading, and I could be reading it wrong, it was Postolos all these guys had issues with in the beginning.
I know Crane and Biggio had issues as well and he's still at every game and always very noticeable.
