I asked a good friend who is a local cop and he said absolutely 100% can not carry if a restarant sells alcohol. He also backed this up with his sergeant.
So I don't know carry at your own risk I guess.

See that pisses me off. Gordon Hutchinson told us in our class that you couldn't sit in the bar area and you better not have a drop in you if you shoot somebody.
