Crawfish Boil Vegetables / Sides - Oddities

What are your favorite vegetables / sides to add to the boil besides, corn, onions, potatoes, sausage, garlic, and mushrooms?
My favorites are broccoli, brussel sprouts, baby bok choy, and jalapenos.
I've heard of people throwing in other meats, like steaks, chicken, ribs, etc, but I've never done it. I've also heard of cracking eggs into the boil to sort of poach them, which I will try out this year.
