I think Portland deserves a MLB team. Possibly SLC or even El Paso.
My dream is that the Miami team be moved to Havana.
eta: I honestly think if Castro was given a MLB team on the condition of democracy and foreign land sales, they'd build a state of the art stadium and do it and open up Cuba and bring an end to the embargo.
He doesn't have much longer to live, he's already handed the reigns over to his brother. No better way to leave the greatest legacy to give his people freedom again and bring a MLB to the island helping spur tourism and relations with Americans.
