Where can Rettig go without competition.
He might be satisfied to learn the offense from Cameron with the idea of waiting his turn, and if the NFL doesn't work out, becoming a coach in the future. Who knows?
Being coached by Cam Cameron is a once in a lifetime opportunity I would be looking forward to if I were him.

This - if Cam stays, Rettig would have a chance to learn for 4 years from a great QB coach.
