I'm confused. Do y'all mean just cut the top off, fill it with shrimp (goldfish) and water and just freeze it with the top of the water exposed?

Yep. 6 head off Bream or 2-3 head off Sacalait or 4.5 lbs of Red Grouper filets in a 1 gallon T.G.Lee milk jug....Now freezer space gets tight until the first fry but hey who can bitch about too much fish?
