I posted several pages ago a breakdown of Louisiana's relevant law. It included showing why the "victim" being knocked unconscious could mean the difference between simple battery (a misdemeanor) and second degree battery.

I also posted Louisiana's law on probation revocation hearings and how the judge uses her DISCRETION to consider all the MITIGATING/AGGRAVATING factors when deciding whether or not to revoke his probation. I then made the conclusion that it is likely he'll just get a few new conditions added (like curfew) based on what we know and a rational, intelligent analysis of the law.

But 'tards are still coming in here acting shocked when we discuss the relevancy of the actions of the "victim" leading up to the fight, and also the relevancy that Hill is not the one who knocked him out. Nobody thinks Hill is "justified", just that based on the totality of the circumstances, ain't shite gonna come from this.
