I'm not a crunchy vegetables in my potato salad kind of guy.
Also not sure why you always use that light mayo. It isn't much better for you than normal and normal tastes about 40,000 times better.
Hope you are happy! Made another cornbread last night. Finally had to toss the damn corn meal and flour to keep from making another one.

On another topic you mentioned, we eat light Hellmans mayo at our house because we like light Hellmans mayo. Unfortunately, now that you know the truth concerning our fondness for light mayo, you may be forced to live with that nasty bit of knowledge unless your skills at memory erasure are very high.
Moving on, as a fellow F&DB enthusiast, I am in full support of your freedom to dislike crunchy veggies in your potato salad. Hopefully you will be able to find it in your heart to accept my undisclosed (until this moment) fondness for Mounds Bars with my late night Diet Dr. Peppers.
On the existential level, I have found that true happiness is fleeting and I try not to dwell on my posession or lack of it at any one moment but I do thank you for wishing it for me.
