A statement will be issed saying Simon was miss quoted and never said that. Unless the officer has audio, its his word against Tharold's.
Now, the jury of public opinion will most likely believe the cop.....if I was a betting man, he did say those things.

Who gives a shite? The kid is/was about to get drafted and has a day honoring him so I bet he does feel like he owns Eunice...also must have missed where it's illegal for him to say that..
