I guess the thing is they really don't BBQ up here. When they do it is flat and tasteless. Every meat ( Chix, Pork, Beef, etc.) all taste the same. We are adding the right spices and taking the time to do it right. The Valley News is coming to check it out and so is WoodStock Magazine. Again, thanks.
