Arkansas has actually offered so it's not really comparable.
Maybe despite being from LA he isn't a huge LSU fan? I'm guessing I really have no idea. Shreveport isn't the LSU hotbed that southern LA is. Lot of A&M students come from Shreveport or nearabout

I'm not really concerned where he attends. Just making observations based on his statements, regardless of whether he has an offer or not.
And your south and north LA generalization is dumb.

Shreveport is easily over 80% LSU. The majority of high school students want to end up Tigers
