Jeremy Renner has also been living with his "business partner" for 10 years. Would not surprise me if his "girlfriend" was just a girl friend who was their surrogate. Stranger things have happened. But Renner being groomed as the next action star would probably want to stay closeted to be able to get those masculine roles.
And yes, while many of the blind items are made up, some of them are very true/spot-on.
