The Saints don't like to leave themselves in the position of HAVING to fill a need via the draft. So I would say nyet.

Still think Harper will be gone before camp, otherwise they would have restructured him.
Saints will have to go DL and/or possibly OT if the right one falls at the 15 pick or one of the top LB's.

Harper wouldn't be released until after the draft. And that would only be if we chose a safety.
