SIAP but Pitt trading from 17 to 15 may also be an option. They could definitely use a receiver and know the rams would take one off the board at 16. We probably wouldnt get much to move 2 spots, but you never know, maybe a 4th.

no team in the NFL would give up a first rounder to move 1 spot
