I do no forsee late attrition, but would like to know when Malone gets to Baton Rouge what he can really do. If he can contribute next year that would be huge because there are only 4 SEC teams that return 7 footers that played, it also gives a true 5 post player rotation, allows for Martin/Coleman to both be hybrid 3/4. The other reason I dont believe there would be late additions is that the 2014 class is loaded. Collins and Hammink while some calked for them to leave without them this year during emergency situations like when Hickey got suspended and JOB was hurt this team like the women might have only dressed like 7 or 8 scholarship players.

LSU not in ESPN's Very Early Top 25 for next year. Not even in the 15 others to watch either. Poor work by ESPN.

I think he'll be pretty shocked when he gets here and starts practicing. He's a few years off being a major contributor IMO. Would be fantastic if he could give us a solid 5-10 minutes a game in tough ones but I really dont know if he'll be able to keep up. If we return everyone we expect to, I think he would hugely benefit from a redshirt. I think his impact as a redshirt freshman would potentially be much greater than as a true freshman.
