It's conjecture, sure, and perhaps I'm being "ageist" in my assumptions, but you don't live that long and fail that often without learning a few things. And Margaery is clearly skilled; look at how she manipulates Joffery and the fact that she secured a marriage with Renly. Sure, her birth played a role in that or so I'd think, but you've still gotta play the game to keep from winding up like Ned. You aren't just born knowing things like that, they are instilled in you or you learn them from experience. Margaery seems to be a little young to have firsthand experience, so it seems logical to assume she was taught.
Look at what they brought Sansa there to do. They asked about Joffery to plan their next moves, IMO. Figure out if there are chinks in his armor. They accept that he's a monstrous little shite and and are planning to work around it (i.e., pragmatism).
