Yeah sometimes my LMG gamble doesn't pan out and conscripts skirt around the firing arc and then they have to retreat or are wiped out. That leaves my engineers at whatever point they are capturing and my grenadiers halfway to the rally point - not a good situation
I think across the board the Russians have better infantry because they all have more numbers and offensive capabilities. I got beat to that church next to the fuel point on Oka River (my dudes were at the freaking door it was BS) so I had to waste time upgrading a engineer to get a flamethrower. Whereas I've had the reverse happen and the conscripts come with a cheap molotov that has instant effect.

Just won a 3v3 in 6 minutes with one teammate afk. It was on Oka River and I took the right side of the river and by the time I got my first halftrack out I looked up and this ONE teammate has pushed them back to spawn. He had 26 kills and I had 5, I added him as a friend on steam
