where was he at BYU?
his 1st year playing football was his sophomore season. He didn't even know the rules of the game when he walked on, and has only played 3 years. He's completely mold-able and extremely intelligent

People also like to completely forget Mingo had a good year in 2011, and played across form another good DE.
playing across from another good DE makes his job easier. I've never been impressed with Mingo and don't really see what he offers that Ansah doesn't

Thats great and all, but year three he isn't exactly beasting it. Despite his physical gifts. I am sorry but moldable isn't that impressive to me. He barely knows how to play football, and now he has to learn at the NFL level. HIs greatest accomplishment at BYU was having what would have been considered a disappointing year for Mingo.
Intelligence is great, but it doesn't make up for instinct. I don't know a lot about Ansah so i am not going to say he is going to be a bust, but i think he is getting a pass.
