Pretty much everything in Epcot is good. Canada steaks are top notch, Japan is very good hibachi and sushi.
I also recommend taking one of the friendship boats to the boardwalk and eating at Kouzzina.

Quick service at the German Biergarden or the Morrocan restaurant. I enjoyed both. My one issue was that the super expensive souveneir mugs were plastic.
I did Les Chef for dinner and enjoyed it, but next time I'll hit the Canadian steakhouse.
