The 10700 and 10700k is basically more in line with the 3700x and 3800x short of you having a microcenter near by, and they should easily beat those in gaming by 5-10%.

Yeah but the problem here is they are a year behind, the 3700X and 3800X are about to be replaced in a few months with the 4000 series so that 5-10% will be gone, the Intel mindshare is long gone by now and everyone is waiting for the new Ryzen.

I would be shocked if Intel sells very many of these, even Intel fans are saying not to buy with 10nm next year and a new mobo required. Just not worth it for the 7th rehash of 14nm.

Questions, have been busy this week, just read headlines:

1. What is up with AMD?

2. AMD Ryzen, I might purchase for my NAS. Thoughts?

3. Not news, but does anyone ALWAYS have trouble updating LogitechHub? Every update the update seems to "time out" or "fail", leaving the program halfway installed and uninstalled. I then have to manually go delete registry entries and folders, then do a fresh install.
