If you are OC'ing, yes. The 8350 are better bins.

In your case, get the 8320. We are talking about OC's trying to get above 5.0GHz.

Also, looking at the pcpartpicker, I see that cases only fit certain motherboards according to the lists. Will any mid case work for any motherboard? Or will I have to pay attention to which case can hold what?

I have never used PCPartpicker before because I believe the layout is terrible.

To answer your question, two different Mid-Tower cases are made. A mid-tower for ATX boards and a mid-tower for mATX boards.

What ever motherboard you choose, make sure the case is for full ATX or mATX.

Yea, i'm not going to be into overclocking or anything..

According to this list:

EDT:

CPU: AMD FX-8320 - $159
MOBO: MSI 970A-G43 - $69 ($59 after MIR)
GPU: MSI GTX 660 Ti 2GB $173
RAM: AVEXIR 8GB (2x4GB) 1.6Ghz - $62
PSU: SeaSonic S12II 620W - $69

and Amazon, a few things (namely the Graphics Card) are not in stock. I waited too long to make the purchases. So I need some help in revising the list. FWIW, I am wanting to go with this case:

Rosewill Black SECC Steel USB 3.0 Mid Tower Computer Case REDBONE U3

I am dead serious on acquiring the help from the braniacs in here. I know I have been a PITA recently, and I greatly apologize. However, i've got the money and I am ready to click buy now on the recommendations by y'all.
