Buy another PSU and just RMA that PSU, then sell it.
What I don't understand is; a breaker tripping isn't a surge, the surge comes from you turning on the power.
Do you not have a surge protector and/or switched the PSU off?

Yeah I guess maybe I got my terms wrong. The breaker tripped while I was running the computer. It happened yesterday and I thought nothing of it. I had 3 different computers, a TV, etc all on the same breaker so I thought I simply had too much stuff on. It took my computer a couple minutes but it did finally turn on. Today it happened again while I had nothing but my miner running. Unfortunately this time the computer won't turn back on. The PSU won't even light up the mobo or run a single fan.
And yes I know I'm a moron in that I didn't have a surge protector hooked up to the computer. It was going straight to the outlet. Hopefully my PSU did its job and protected the rest of my components and I'll just mark this as a lesson-learned and buy a surge protector.
