Are two Nvidia 750m GPU's enough to run pretty much anything on a laptop? Was looking to get the Lenovo Y500 because it seems pretty beastly, just don't know much about laptops.

Is the 750m released yet?
Based on previous generation I would expect it to be able to play anything though, just not everything on max settings.
