Depends on what I'm using it on. I have been using 5-spice a lot more recently. 5-spice chicken thighs is bomb. Its also great with popcorn....5-spice, cayenne, touch of cinnamon when you put the popcorn in the pot. Awesome flavor.

Usually Tony's or Lawrys. But I did pick up some NuNu's seasoning the last time I was in Louisiana. Been using it quite a bit, especially when grilling pork chops. Has a little more bite than Tony's.
