At that price, I would prefer a 8350/3570k with a nice cooler, mobo and power supply with a 7950 (for around $980) over that.
It probably has a cheap junky mobo and power supply. Plus you don't have any of the fun overclocking features.

micro center has a i5 3570k and a msi z77 board combo for $235. and my wife is out of town.
